Every online course offered by Step Training Inc. provides students with a professionally developed workbook that course participants can use to track and record their course work. This workbook is downloadable at the start of the course, and we recommend that students use it to complete assignments and record important information for reference later.

In some cases, DropBox is used to receive larger homework assignments. Instructions on how to access DropBox will be provided in the course instructions.

Some courses require students to read documents and academic papers. In this case, the materials are provided at the beginning of the course and are downloadable for printing.

Step Training Inc. instructors and administration professionals are available to answer your questions and clarify course materials with you when required. Office hours are posted at the start of course with contact information.
